Heading into Winter… keep the consistency

Well here we go all.. soon to find ourselves heading into winter… Getting up in the dark, heading home in the dark. Can we keep the consistency of our ‘training’ going. It certainly gets harder. But.. if we get there (to training/or class), it generally pays off, leaving us feeling better for having done it. Challenge yourself right now & commit to your ‘winter training consistency’. We’ll feel better for it going through winter, but we’ll be chuffed we did when we get to summer!! Happy consistent training all.
