And here in what feels like a breath we find ourselves at the tail end of 2025.
Have you made it count, did you fit in “things for self” … like movement? No? Get set to put it in place for 2026 then…. Pilates can be whatever you need it to be – stillness, calm, connecting with your body………… building strength, flexibility – but more than anything looking at functional movement in life for life. Think long term.
