Private Class / Assessment & Orientation R550.00 (‘one on one’)
Pilates Assessment & Orientation – R550.00 lay your foundation, create a solid base and understand what you are trying to achieve before attending group classes. (We cannot over emphasize the importance of experiencing proper Orientation).
Mat classes
Month to Month Billing –
4 class monthly package R600 per month
8 classes monthly package R1200 per month
12 class monthly package R1800 per month
Classes are an hour in duration. Classes are billed in advance for the month.
(One reserves one’s slot – missed sessions can be made up within the month (this is a courtesy system – subject to availability).
Drop-in classes – R180.00 (please ensure that the class can accommodate you by pre-booking – sms/or call – Charmaine on 0825743375
Private classes
Mat or Equipment classes – R550.00 (‘one on one’)
Mat or Equipment (Reformer) Semi-Privates – R325.00 per indiv. Come as a couple or bring a friend along.
Pilates Assessment & Orientation
Pilates Orientation – R550.00 lay your foundation, create a solid base and understand what you are trying to achieve before attending group classes. (We cannot over emphasize the importance of experiencing proper Orientation).
Shared Pilates Orientation – R650.
Prefer to bring a friend along for Orientation – Come and lay your foundation together.
*Private sessions or Pilates Orientations not cancelled 24hrs in advance will be charged for.
