Winter, July & a fast vanishing 2013!! eek

Well, how is everyone?  The Cape is cold – as it should be, but we still have some glorious days, don’t we.  How is your year going?  Eek, what a question?  Are we living in the moment & making our moments count!  I re-visited the marbles & coffee story recently… & I think I’m off to buy my marbles.  To make me cherish each week at least if not each day!  They go so fast.  Are you fitting the things in that are important to you!  Keep moving to keep mobile.  A tough prospect in winter!  See you on the mat!!
